ELIGIBILITY...... Any individual Professional Photographer
who is available for assignments on a regular basis, has a
permanent studio location, and either applies fifty percent
(50%)of his/her time to photography or derives more than
fifty percent(50%) of his/her income from photography,
satisfies all Federal, State and Local requirements for a
business license and subscribes to the PPO Code of Conduct.
